I have a professional blog at www.growthhouse.typepad.com/jennifer_stevens and have just added a new article on finding the right person to companion you on your grief journey.
In Sept, there will be an article about why group support is important. And later in the month there will be an ongoing article: The Things I Will Never Tell You: Part IV: "At least your had our wife/husband for 30 years; you should be happy you have your memories." This ongoing article is about undoing some of the commonly held beliefs that wound people who are mourning.
Stay tuned in for more. Please always check out the pods on Mindful Grieving and Mindful Dying. People have really shared some beautiful stories, real stuff, the pain that inherently comes with the love we have for a person we took the risk to open our hearts to.
I am just starting to work on my own website as I launch my own business being a consultant, educator, and facilitator specializing in grieving, dying, meditation, wellness, reiki, etc. As soon as it is up, I will post it here. I hope that Namaste Consulting, Inc. will make a difference in the world of those who grieve and those who support them.
To everyone in the pods, I honor your light and your courage to share your story with the zaadz world.
In deep compassion!
