This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for May 21, 2008:
"You cannot teach a [man] anything. You can
only help him discover it within himself."
- Galileo Galilei: Was an astronomer, physicist, and philosopher
I think I am taking the time I need to take care of myself. I hope that the people around me
especially my clients and co workers learn from that.
When the well is dry you need to take the laddle out
for awhile.
I feel more like I am a sponge right now, learning instead of
teaching for a change....
It's scary and I feel the growing pains, but
I believe it needs to happen before the next great thing.
Peace to all.

Only someone who has worked in the same field will know just how much you give or gave, sounds like burn out, take some time for you you have earned it and deserve it. get out in the fresh air, eat well ,and do something relaxing. Love and hugs to you, my friend.
LOL, I'm not sure if it's burnout.. I think that it's a shift in consciousness, a waking up from a life that didn't fit with my highest good. I was stagnant in my profession and therefore wasn't being creative or feeling as fulfilled.
Everytime something good has happened in my life, I've experienced a loss first. This indeed, was no different. And this one I chose so I think that I'm learning that I don't have to wait for someone or something to leave me, I can remove myself and enter into a different level. I'm still reaching and growing and where I was didn't except that. I finally woke up that I didn't want to be at a place that didn't want me to grow, no matter how much I loved my clients and I loved the small family that I had created on staff. I want more out of life and I'm on my way to finding it!
Thanks for the sweetness… I feel the hug!
